If you have to travel at night time, you must take precautions to avoid embarrassment in public. If you are not confident about driving, use public transport. Keep water and crackers handy to munch on a regular basis. Always keep plastic bags with you just in case you want to throw up suddenly. Carry tooth paste, brush, gum, breath freshener, mouth wash etc.

Pregnant women cannot avoid morning sickness, but can take precautions to minimize those discomforts associated with that. Signs of morning sickness usually starts around 4th week of pregnancy and stops around 14th week. Some women suffer from this throughout their pregnancy period.

Morning sickness is a temporary phenomenon lasting for about 10 weeks, but when it happens in the night it can be very stressful for the expectant mother. Many a times such bouts of vomiting & nausea will be accompanied by severe headache. Lack of sleep and loss of fluid will drain out all their energy.
